– Bugüne KUT BAYRAMI namını veriyorum. Ordumun her ferdi, her sene bu günü tesit ederken şehitlerimize yasinler, tebarekeler, fatihalar okusunlar. Sühedamız, hayatı ulviyatta, semevatta kızıl kanlarla uçuşurken, gazilerimiz de gelecekteki zaferlerimize gözcü olsunlar.”
